My kids recently outgrew their car seats, Esme naturally ends up with Alfie’s hand me downs however with more time spent in the car this year, staycations and family days out, it was time to invest in new car seats.
We opted for the Sirona S i-Size in the lovely Autumn Gold colour way, I love the contrast in colours, it looks so amazing and Cybex really do offer an impressive colour selection across all of their car seat range.
Let’s drive I mean dive right in with why I love this car seat.
The 360° rotation function is game changing
Am I late to the party, I’m not sure all I do know is a rotating car seat is revolutionary. Thanks to it’s innovative 360° rotating mechanism, the Sirona S i-Size helps get our little ones in and out of the car with ease, ensuring less strain on parents backs. The clever rotation system also makes switching between rear and forward facing effortless, it’s one handed and glides with ease. My little one of 20 month likes to forward face whilst travelling, I’ll then rear-face when sleeping, it’s effortless to do so.
Impressive Rear Facing Function
The Sirona S I-Size is roomy, perfect for rearward facing beyond 15months. It provides comfortable rear-facing travel for children up to 105 cm, roughly 4 years. At almost 2 my little one has plentiful room rear-facing. This car seat also offers increased safety for your baby in the forward-facing position thanks to the Energy Reduction Technology, it really is an all round practical and well functioning seat.
The seat is extra wide and deep and it’s well cushioned for a snug fit throughout the years. The ventilation system works to provide a comfortable seat temperature even on hot days. It looks and feels comfortable, the fabric is lovely and the entire seat feels like a cushion shell where my little one can ride safely in comfort.
In a nutshell I love everything about the Sirona S I-Size. I love how easy it is to get my little one in and out the car and how much space Esme has whilst rear facing. This car seat feels luxurious, it looks fabulous, the fabric and the little details such as the belt holder and one handed recline make this a 10/10 – I only wish we had upgraded sooner.
If your still unsure which seat if for you, check out my review on the Cybex Pallas S Fix here, suitable from 9 month to 12 years, it’s designed to grow with your child.
